It is not easy to do the exercises on the right way, and really needs some "self-observation", and yes, they may be very unpleasant INITIALLY. i don't know much about the chaptering, but i think my copy of Super is chaptered so that you can skip the training session, although the training session is good as a once-through. there are a few moves in the original blue book that aren't shown in any of the videos i've seen - not many moves, but a few. I can see how this workout would bring remarkable results quickly with a reasonable diet, and a rotation of cardio added.
