Advantage Spot On Flea Treatment 40 Small Cats Dogs and Rabbits, 4 pipettes
About this deal
Advantage <4kg (formerly Advantage 40) Spot On solution for the prevention and treatment of fleas on pet rabbits, small cats and dogs below 4kg in weight. It is not necessary to treat unweaned kittens as treatment of the mother protects the litter while in contact.
Advantage Spot On is designed to treat the torso of your pet for fleas, but not the environmental area. Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD) is an allergic reaction some pets suffer with when they come into contact with flea saliva as a result of flea bites. With the dog in the standing position, part the coat between the shoulder blades until the skin is visible. Please be aware that in some instances your parcel may be delayed due to adverse weather on the route from our warehouse, even if your local area itself is not affected. For safe usage, please ensure that the recommended weight range for this product is appropriate for your pet.

I am aware of the possible interaction between certain medications and the need to check with my vet of the product suitability if my pet is already undergoing treatment. Excessive salivation and nervous signs such as incoordination, tremors and depression have been reported exceptionally in dogs. Care should be taken to avoid the contents of the pipette coming into contact with the eyes or mouth of the animal.
With a simple fuss-free pipette, drop the vet-approved formula on your kitten or cat, puppy or dog and march through the fleas’ defences. I'm always careful to check for fleas due to the allergic reaction but honestly couldn't detect any. This means pets are less exposed to the saliva they’re allergic to, helping to reduce FAD outbreaks. It's recommended to use an environmental treatment against adult fleas and developing stages to reduce environmental flea challenges.
